Veridian Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Teller Service Representative in Independence, IA. You will handle member transactions, assist with financial goals, and promote Veridian products with accuracy and confidentiality.

Fluency in Spanish is welcome and earns a $1.50 per hour premium. A High School Diploma, cash handling and customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Windows are required. Flexible scheduling is expected to support peak times.

Competenze

• High School Diploma is required.
• Math and clerical aptitude is desirable.
• Fluent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Mansioni

• Handle member transactions including payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
• Cross-sell Veridian products and services to members.
• Balance cash box per teller balancing procedures.
• Assist members over the phone and in person while maintaining confidentiality.
