Job summary

Rivermark Community Credit Union in Beaverton, OR, seeks a Bilingual Member Advisor for the Member Service Center. You will deliver responsive, member-centered service by phone and email, processing transactions, opening and closing accounts, and handling inquiries with care.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a contact center.
• Strong multitasking across several systems and platforms.
• Spanish language skills required.
• Availability to work 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, member-centered service by phone and email.
• Handle routine and complex account maintenance and inquiries.
• Process transactions and manage account openings/closings accurately.
• De-escalate concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and comply with policies.
