Project Access is seeking a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator (Bridges at North Hills) in Raleigh, NC. This part-time, non-exempt position coordinates after-school and teen programs, engages residents, and builds partnerships with local providers to deliver services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.

The role requires proactive outreach, ability to work independently, and a commitment to inclusivity within a multifamily housing

Formación

• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or related field preferred, but equivalent lived or volunteer experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents of all ages.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs aligned with four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs with homework assistance and enrichment activities.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions, delivering core topics when partners are unavailable.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
