Job summary

Project Access in Denver, CO, is seeking a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator (Bridges at 9 Mile) to design and implement resident services and youth programs within affordable housing communities. You will connect residents to services, lead workshops, and build partnerships to improve community well-being.

The role emphasizes independence, proactive outreach, and data collection to measure social impact across four pillars.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or resident services preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and engage residents.
• Ability to work independently with initiative, in a community-based setting.
• Experience with youth, families, and diverse populations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Organize monthly outreach and recruit/oversee volunteers and interns.
