Apexchat is hiring a PART TIME Call Center Agent to be the primary contact for customers across multiple industries, including law firms. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage legal contracts, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service.

This role offers a base wage of $12/hr with training at $11/hr, shift differentials, signing bonus, and incentives. You will work in a dynamic team, expand industry knowledge, and have opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Legal Intake Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Law Firm (preferred).
• Verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency in the United States required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for customers, handling inquiries and delivering service standards.
• Manage legal contract finalization with compliance to guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
