Job summary

Antonini & Cohen Immigration Law Group seeks a full-time Bilingual Client Experience Agent to guide clients with a welcoming, professional touch throughout the journey. You will work closely with Attorneys and Case Managers to coordinate consultations, maintain accurate client information, and ensure timely, high-quality service across the firm.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong written, phone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Possess good customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent customer service skills with 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Works well under pressure while maintaining professional phone and in-person etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of client communication with care and efficiency.
• Provide supportive, high-standard customer service experience.
• Respond to incoming prospective client calls, emails, and text messages.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate attorney consultations.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients.
• Document and record client information accurately in firm systems.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information.
• Identify and escalation urgent client matters appropriately.
• Follow established workflows, policies, and quality standards.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a full-time Bilingual Client Experience Agent to serve as a trusted guide for prospective and existing clients by creating a welcoming and supportive experience throughout the client journey. Working closely with Attorneys and Case Managers, you will ensure seamless client communication, coordinate consultations, maintain accurate client information, and address client needs in a timely and professional manner.
