Qualifications

• Experience in legal intake or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with file creation for newly signed cases, ensuring client information is entered and organized.
• Coordinate client services by scheduling appointments and connecting clients with approved medical providers.
• Prepare and send termination/disengagement letters and other intake-related correspondence.
• Draft and send emails to various departments, providers, and internal teams.
• Support Intake with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with firm procedures.
