Job Duck is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients of a growing law firm. You will guide qualified leads toward becoming clients, support appointment scheduling, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, intake coverage, and client follow-up while using Clio and Clio Grow. This remote, US-based role operates on Pacific Time hours and emphasizes reliable communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team to cover calls during absences.
• Back-up for phone answering and intake coverage.

• Schedule appointments and follow-ups with precision.
• Handle inbound calls and provide updates on cases.
• Data entry and basic legal document management.
