Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part‑time teacher to share the gospel and deliver the LifeWise curriculum in a classroom setting. A caring, communicative educator with active church involvement is preferred, capable of both classroom management and relational outreach to students.

Ideal candidates demonstrate mature Christian faith, ongoing participation in a local church, and a commitment to LifeWise values. Training, classroom duties, and community engagement are core aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Active participation in a local church with faith aligned to LifeWise.
• Mature Christian faith consistent with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise classes using the LifeWise curriculum and adapt as needed.
• Build relationships with students, praying for and engaging them regularly.
• Maintain an organized, redemptive classroom and manage materials and records.
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers, and program director; attend events.
