Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work with BCBA professionals to implement plans and collect progress data, ensuring responsive, individualized care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication with detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Physically engage with children during sessions (move, lift 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
