The Poole Family YMCA in Garner, NC is seeking a part-time Site Coordinator to plan and lead after-school programming, supervising staff and ensuring safety and program quality. Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years of experience working with youth preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, plan, and lead after school programming while supervising program staff.
• Maintain open communication with staff, campers, and parents to foster positive relationships.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and evaluating staff; prepare for staff meetings and training.
