Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and/or significant training relevant to the YMCA program.
• Two years’ experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise children, plan and implement daily activity schedules.
• Communicate effectively with parents and conduct conferences.
• Maintain required program records including attendance and behavior reports.
