Job summary

YMCA of the Triangle is seeking a Site Coordinator to plan, coordinate and lead after school programming at our Apex location. You will supervise program staff and ensure the daily activities align with the YMCA mission.

Under Youth Director supervision, you will maintain open communication with families, develop schedules, train staff, and support safety procedures. This part-time role runs Monday through Friday 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm, with monthly staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required with 2 years of experience working with youth preferred.
• Previous experience in program development, personal development and supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, and leads after school programming.
• Supervises program staff and ensures activities align with YMCA mission.
• Maintains communication with staff, campers, and parents; provides newsletters and updates.
