Job summary

Palabra Media in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to drive prospecting, lead qualification, and outreach for our marketing services. This hybrid role offers on-site and remote work with a flexible schedule, based in Phoenix.

You will research target industries, maintain the CRM, set discovery calls, and support proposals to grow Palabra Media’s client base and revenue. The ideal candidate has strong communication, inside sales, and organizational skills,

Qualifications

Experience in inside sales and lead generation to identify and nurture prospects.
Strong sales and business development skills to move opportunities through pipeline.
Excellent communication, including verbal and written skills.
Experience with CRM tools, basic marketing concepts, and agency/B2B environments is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects on a part-time schedule.
Hybrid work in Phoenix, with on-site and remote flexibility.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Conduct outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and coordinate with marketing and accounts teams.
Set discovery calls and support proposal development.
Track activity and results in the CRM.
