Golden Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and supervise RBTs in a growing team. You will partner with families, drive evidence-based treatment, and ensure high-quality care across a small caseload.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaboration with families and professionals, and ongoing professional development within a supportive organization in Massachusetts.

Formación

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients.
• Work closely with families, RBTs, and the clinical team.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
