Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and mentor RBTs. The role offers part-time or full-time, in-person work and a caseload of 6-10 clients.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary and opportunities for additional earnings through productivity. You will collaborate with families and the clinical team to deliver evidence-based ABA services and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field is required.
• State licensure, where required, should be current.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality and continuous improvement.
