Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in a part-time role. The BCBA will lead clinical care, develop RBTs, partner with families, and make a meaningful impact on children and families served.

The position offers a competitive base salary range of $82-95 per hour with productivity-based earning opportunities and a caseload of approximately 4-6 clients.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• State licensure where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other team members.
• Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients while working with families, RBTs, and the clinical team.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
