Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children and families. You will build and supervise treatment plans, coach RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality ABA services.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, ongoing progress monitoring, and professional development within an in-person/Hybrid work setting. Strong clinical leadership and licensing requirements are expected.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• As a BCBA, you'll own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients while working closely with families, RBTs, and your broader clinical team.
• You'll supervise and modify protocols to ensure treatment effectiveness.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs to maintain high-quality services.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
