Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care, develop RBTs, and partner with families. You will oversee assessments, supervise staff, and drive evidence-based treatment while maintaining clear documentation.

The role offers competitive base pay and productivity-based opportunities with a manageable caseload and strong clinical leadership support. In-person, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
