Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children and families in a growing team. You will oversee assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and clinicians to drive evidence-based outcomes.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality care, coaching staff, and aligning with organizational goals for growth and development.

Formación

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• As a BCBA, you'll own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients while working closely with families, RBTs, and your broader clinical team.
• You'll:
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
