Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and mentor RBTs. You will partner with families and the broader team to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, collaborative care, and ongoing development, with a focus on sustainable career growth and competitive compensation in a hybrid in-person setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• State licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients.
• Provide ongoing supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
