Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in Massachusetts. You will lead clinical care, develop RBTs, partner with families, and drive high-quality outcomes for children and families.

We offer a competitive base salary of $82–$95 per hour, part-time schedules, and productivity-based incentives. Expect a caseload of about 4–6 clients and opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• State licensure, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
