Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children with autism. You will supervise RBTs, work with families, and shape treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

You will own clinical direction, monitor progress with data-driven decisions, and support ongoing professional development. The role emphasizes producing high-quality outcomes while maintaining manageable caseloads and a strong emphasis on teamwork.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field.
• State licensure where required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to coach and develop RBTs and other clinical team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the clinical direction and quality of care for clients while collaborating with families, RBTs and the broader clinical team.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification.
• Train, coach, and develop RBTs.
• Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary partners.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
