Job summary

Double Care ABA is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-person supervision at Fort Drum, NY, once weekly. This W2 role requires 3–4 hours of services per week per client (2 hours supervision, 1 hour treatment planning, 1 hour parent training).

Candidates must hold BCBA certification and NY LBA, be detail-oriented and committed to growth with the company. The position uses data collection through Central Reach and involves collaboration with behavior technicians and staff for quality ABA

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• NY Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and behavior plans.
• Coordinate with behavior technicians to ensure treatment plans are followed.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing staff training on crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
