Job summary

Double Care ABA is seeking a Part Time BCBA to provide in-person services in Howell, NJ, once a week. The role requires BCBA certification and NJ LBA, with supervision conducted on site.

Schedule is Monday-Friday evenings 4:30pm-7:30pm, with 3 to 4 hours of services per client per week (2 hours supervision, 1 hour treatment planning, 1 hour of parent training). This W2 role uses Central Reach for data collection and offers a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized person required.
• NJ LBA license and BCBA certification are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and behavior plans.
• Work with behavior technicians to ensure treatment plans are carried out effectively.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing staff training on crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
