Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience providing ABA in-person services.
• Ability to supervise weekly in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and behavior plans.
• Work with behavior technicians to implement treatment plans and ensure programs are carried out effectively.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing staff training on crisis prevention, behavior management and intervention techniques.
• Conduct parent training on specific treatment goals.
