Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA supervisory experience.
• Experience with FBAs and report writing is a plus.
• Knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field.
• Strong problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills.
• Patient, compassionate and approachable; culturally sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavioral Techs.
• Conduct weekly in-home and remote supervision sessions.
• Establish trust and rapport with parents to maintain positive relationships.
• Analyze behavioral data and define goals for each case.
• Develop lesson plans and training materials according to parent curriculum.
• Increase parent participation in the child's program development and implementation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Supervisors, and RBT Trainers to discuss treatment and improvements.
• Assist in conducting FBAs, intake assessments, and reports.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as needed.
• Provide emergency and crisis support when appropriate.
