Responsibilities

• Evaluate client and create functional behavior assessments and behavior plans.
• Work with behavior technicians to implement plans.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, analyze data.
• Provide ongoing staff training on crisis prevention and behavior management.
• Conduct Parent Training on treatment goals
