Job summary

Double Care ABA is seeking a Part Time BCBA to supervise in-person sessions for a 9-year-old client in Beverly, NJ. Schedule: Mon/Thu/Fri 4pm-7pm. W2 role with data collection via Central Reach. Pay range: $80/hr–$90/hr.

The candidate must hold a BCBA certification and NJ LBA licensure. You will collaborate with behavior technicians, develop and review treatment plans, and train caregivers as part of a focused ABA program.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NJ LBA licensure required.
• Part-time, in-person supervision once a week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
• Working with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
