Job summary

Double Care ABA is seeking a part-time, in-person BCBA to supervise once a week in Edison, NJ. The role involves supervising 2 hours per client and coordinating treatment planning and parent training for approximately 3–4 hours of weekly service.

Must have BCBA certification and NJ LBA. This W2 position uses Central Reach for data collection. The client is 4 years old and services are provided on-site in Edison, NJ.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and behavior plans.
• Work with behavior technicians to ensure treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing staff training on crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
