Job summary

Double Care ABA is seeking a Part-Time BCBA (In Person / Once a week) in Staten Island, NY. The role is in person with supervision required once weekly. The pay range is $80/hr to $100/hr, and the schedule is Monday–Friday, 4pm–6pm.

W2 role; data collection using Central Reach; 3–4 hours of services per week per client (2 hours supervision, 1 hour treatment planning, 1 hour parent training). Requirements include BCBA certification and NY LBA, with a company that emphasizes customized ABA therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and behavior plans.
• Coordinate with behavior technicians to ensure treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data
• Provide ongoing staff training on crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals
