Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
• Work with behavior technicians to ensure that treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing training to staff concerning crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.
