Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Englewood, NJ seeks a licensed BCBA for a salaried, part-time role delivering home-based ABA services to children with autism from birth to age 21. The position targets 15 billable hours per week in clients' homes, with up to a small amount of telehealth.

You will supervise technicians, collaborate with families, and use data-driven treatment plans. The role offers stability, strong clinical support, and a flexible schedule within a multi‑tiered clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field required or pursuing BCBA licensure.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for the exam within 3 months.
• Experience implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Strong clinical judgment and confidentiality commitment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share in clients' achievements as skills improve.
• Support families through assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of staff.
• Maintain pace with physical activities during sessions with young clients.
