Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a BCBA to lead behavioral interventions for children with autism, in a role that combines clinical excellence with strong family collaboration. You will supervise data-driven treatment plans and support families in understanding results and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change behaviors.
• Celebrate client progress as positive behaviors emerge and new skills are learned.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and raising concerns.
• Mentor and orient a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Engage in physical activity with clients as sessions require.
