Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Lyndhurst, NJ, is seeking a part-time BCBA to build and supervise ABA programs in home, school, and community settings. You will design individualized treatment plans, guide RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families to generalize skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and BTs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans using assessment results.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback to RBTs/BTs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment based on data.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other providers to support skill generalization.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation with fidelity.
