Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Vernon, NJ is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Flexible scheduling, hourly compensation, and training support are offered.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote skill generalization in real-life settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Licensed in New Jersey (NJ LBA).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments.
• Conduct assessments and set treatment goals.
• Provide supervision and feedback to RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using data.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and other providers to support skill generalization.
