Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks a salaried BCBA to join our home-based team in New Jersey. The role is 15 billable hours per week with the stability of a salaried position and the flexibility of part-time hours. You’ll supervise interventions for children with autism, collaborate with a clinical support team, and maintain data collection and charting with our tools.

Availability 3–7 p.m. 4–5 days per week is required, with in-home visits and limited telehealth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (pending acceptable or in next 3 months) or candidate taking exam soon.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical support team to ensure quality care.
