Job summary

Headrise AVA in New Jersey is seeking a part-time BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and support families toward meaningful progress.

This role offers flexible scheduling (in person/remote/hybrid), a competitive hourly rate of $75–$100, and a $500 sign-on bonus. A strong BCBA certification is required, with NJ LBA license preferred and soon to be required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license preferred (will be required in the near future).
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families.
• Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards.
