Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, an industry leader in behavioral health, seeks a BCBA to join our team full-time or part-time. You will apply ABA to help children with autism, while our clinical support handles the administrative work so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Currently holds or is pursuing BCBA license.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change behaviors in children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share in clients' achievements.
• Communicate assessment results and treatment recommendations with families.
