Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks a BCBA to join our team in New Jersey as a full-time clinician. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, monitor their progress, and work closely with families to explain results and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA licensure or in progress within 3 months; students welcome.
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Collaborate with families to explain results and recommendations.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians and staff.
