Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Behavior Consultant / BCBA in New York to partner with school teams, families, and related services to design and implement evidence-based behavioral supports. This position may be part-time or full-time, with compensation based on caseload and licensure.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, collect data, and coach staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies across classrooms. Prior BCBA certification and NY license are required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school administrators, teachers, aides, related service providers, and families to develop individualized behavioral supports.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate to identify behavior functions and interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to classroom staff on behavior management and data collection.
