Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and attention to detail.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and assist with beverage selections and recommendations.
• Beverage Knowledge: Understand menu ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings; stay updated on offerings.
• Inventory Management: Monitor liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; maintain stock within budget.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Keep bar area clean, sanitize equipment, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Cash Handling: Process payments and reconcile sales at shift end.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders; assist training as needed.
