Job summary

Bartender – Boulder Creek at Cunningham Restaurant Group in Brownsburg, IN is seeking an experienced bartender to join our Front of House team. You will mix cocktails, pour wines and beers, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Upscale restaurant bartending experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Greet guests warmly and assist in beverage selection.
• Know drink menu ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings.
• Monitor bar inventory and manage stock within budget.
• Keep bar area clean and organized; sanitize equipment.
• Handle cash and card payments; reconcile at shift end.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen; mentor junior staff when needed.
