Job summary

BRU Burger Bar - Carmel in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a part-time Front of House Bartender to create a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines while delivering friendly service. Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision.
• Customer Service: Greet guests and assist with beverage selections and recommendations.
• Beverage Knowledge: Understand drink menu, ingredients, pairings, and trends.
• Inventory Management: Monitor bar inventory and stay within budget.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized bar area and adhere to sanitation guidelines.
• Payments: Handle cash/credit card transactions and reconcile sales at shift end.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders.
