Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and presentation and the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Experience operating and cleaning/sanitizing food service equipment.
• Experience bartending.
• Work requires continual standing and walking, and frequent stooping, reaching, pushing and pulling, and bending; able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks a variety of menu items and maintains kitchen area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from a full-service bar and handles cash transactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
