Job summary

Team One Credit Union in Traverse City, MI is seeking a part-time Relationship Specialist (Universal Banking) to join our on-site branch team. You will handle teller transactions, open accounts, assist with consumer loans, and educate members on remote services with a cheerful, service-first attitude.

This role requires cross-selling, accurate cash handling, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training will cover ITM/ATM balancing, account maintenance, and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Willingness to cross-sell and promote products/services.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, on-site in Traverse City.
• Cash handling experience and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with consumer lending guidelines and remote services.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and log branch visits; assist with appointments.
• Handle daily member calls and outbound calls as assigned.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Assist with ITM/ATM balancing and night-drop processing.
• Open new accounts, CDs, and IRAs; support loan applications and disbursements.
• Help members with mobile app, online banking, and bill pay.
