Job summary

Ent Credit Union is seeking a part-time member services professional to acquire and expand member relationships by assisting and educating members in opening and managing accounts, building long-term relationships, and cross-selling related products. This role includes notary duties and requires MLO readiness; flexible scheduling is welcomed, with preferred hours on Mondays, Fridays, and Tuesdays.

You will support risk, compliance, and community engagement to strengthen member success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, some college preferred.
• 1 year member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
• Experience recommending products to improve a member’s financial position preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and opening new accounts.
• Educate members on products and cross-sell appropriate services.
• Build trust and relationships through consultative engagement and questions.
• Maintain a sales pipeline with follow-ups and referrals.
• Refer to mortgage/financial experts as needed.
• Provide notary services and support risk/compliance processes.
