Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them; answer phones as instructed.
• Execute basic transactions (withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, cashier’s checks).
• Process nights drops, drop-offs and mail.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records.
• Handle branch capture and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine account maintenance and complete forms (stop pays, disputes, debit card orders).
• Assist with customer service administrative duties.
