Job summary

Heritage Bank is hiring a part-time bank teller for our Longview, WA branch. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling routine transactions, and supporting branch sales efforts in a fully onsite setting.

The position offers Level I or Level II pay depending on qualifications, with a Monday–Friday 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule and flexibility for training or absences. Travel within nearby counties may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience required for Level I.
• 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in financial services required for Level II.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with bank policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
