Heritage Bank's Allenmore Branch in Tacoma, WA is seeking a part-time bank teller to deliver exceptional customer service and process routine transactions while actively supporting branch sales efforts.

The role requires 6 months of customer service and 1 year of cash handling experience in financial services, a high school diploma, and solid computer skills. Regular shifts run 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., with some flexibility for training or coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience - required.
• 1-year cash handling and customer service in financial services - required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• DNA or Fiserv knowledge preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking well; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with policies, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
